How it Works
Once you have received your furniture delivery and are sure that all boxes have arrived, you can go ahead and fill in our booking request form. Once we receive this you will hear back from us confirming the exact quote price,  an estimate of how long it will take and an available time window for your requested date. If you are happy with everything then let us know and we will confirm your booking!

Important Information:

Heavy Boxes...

We are more than happy to move or help move your flatpacked boxes but there is an extra charge for this as it takes extra time and can tire us out before we start assembling anything! This mainly concerns any boxes needing to go upstairs or some distance from where they are. 

Plenty of Space...

Sometimes space can be tight and we are used to working within a limited area but the more space we have the better we can work. Please ensure that as much space is cleared as possible. Unfortunately in some cases we may be unable to complete an assembly if we do not have sufficient space as many items can not be assembled upright.

We Hope You're Happy...

Upon completion, we will need you to sign a disclaimer stating  that you have checked and are happy with any assembled item and any wall mounting or anchoring which has been completed.
